We just accepted an offer on our house! I don't want to jinx anything, but if all goes well, we will be closed on Feb 27. I am rather excited to close this chapter in our lives. It does not mean I won't continue to miss all of you in Charlotte terribly, but I do think what I can do with all that extra money comin back!

WOW! I have to admit...we've taken some twisted comfort, passing "your" house on occasion, knowing that you can return to it at will, but we know what a financial monkey off your back this will be, so we are absolutely thrilled by this news!! How could that rockin' gathering place for all NOT sell?? Adam and Rob were proudly at the winning Checkers game the other night (A proudly told Rach the story of an ugly hockey fight, with much zeal! We told him "Mr. Longo would be so proud to hear your excitement...!" You know the door is always open here for your clan! We'll be praying all goes well with the sale... : )
